About the house The villa is distributed over two floors. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a small hall. On the ground floor, you are greeted by an open and pleasant floor plan with a hall, living room, kitchen and dining room as well as a bathroom. The house is rented fully furnished and parking is available adjacent to the residence. The location – close to everything Hemse is a vibrant town in southern Gotland with a good range of services. Within convenient distance from the villa, there are grocery stores, Systembolaget, libraries, cafes and restaurants. For those who want to explore Gotland's beautiful beaches, both Herta and Nisseviken are about a 15-minute drive away. There are also good bus connections to and from Visby. Bus lines 10, 11, and 12 serve the Hemse bus station and Hemse Norra stops, both within walking distance from the house. Cleaning can be ordered at cost. House rented weekly over the summer of 2027 weeks 26-33 and monthly from August 17, 2027 to May 31, 2028 with the possibility of extension.
