The entire apartment is 100 square meters but you rent a normal-sized bedroom with a 160cm wide bed, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. The furnishing can be changed upon request or if the tenant wants to have their own bed/single bed. Interior elements such as lighting and curtains can be present in the room if desired, otherwise, choose your own. Flexible as well. The common areas are a living room with a large sofa, dining table with 6 seats, TV, etc., and a kitchen with dining area for 4 people, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, air fryer, and other household appliances and all utensils can be used. Bathroom with washing machine and bathtub. Guest toilet with toilet and sink. Hall with hall furniture and wardrobes, one of the wardrobes is included in the rent. The common areas are shared with a mother with two small children, so the tenant must be able to share a home with children and tolerate some noise and mess. The private bedroom should, of course, be free from child visits and child mess. The apartments are located near the Dome, Tångringsparken, and bus connections. A parking space can be included in the rent if desired. The room is rented out as the older child has moved out and the apartment is a bit too expensive for me as a single mother with small children, but I don't want to move and I think it would be nice to have a lodger.
