Sorögatan, Kista

Cozy, fully furnished studio near the subway I am renting out my cozy and fully furnished studio. The subway is just a two-minute walk away, and the trip to central Stockholm takes about 17 minutes. I am looking for a calm and responsible person who wants to rent the apartment long-term and takes good care of it. Smoking and pets are not allowed. To ensure a safe rental, I will ask for references from work or studies as well as pay slips for the last three months. I will be thorough in selecting the tenant. If interested, please write a few lines about yourself and your desired rental period.
