The room is equipped with a bed, cabinet, chest of drawers, desk, small fridge, and microwave. Laundry room access is available. The location is very central - only a 5-minute walk to Alvik subway, tram, buses, and a wide range of shops and services. Rental conditions: Deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. Notice period: one calendar month for both parties. Only rented to a single, well-behaved, pet- and smoke-free person, preferably a weekly commuter. Interested?
