Significantly more private than renting a room in an apartment - and sharing with tenant/owner! You can live either on the second floor of a villa with a shared bathroom or in the basement with your own toilet/shower. On the second floor, you share a fresh kitchen with a quiet tenant (with a steady job) in separate rooms. Only one person per room, and lock on your own room door. The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the center/Campus. The price includes, besides a private room of about 13 sqm, an additional approximately 22 sqm of shared spaces. The room is accessed via a stairwell (not via the family's apartment). We rent out including furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, water, heating, and access to laundry facilities and garden (with fruit trees). You pay 700 kr for electricity and fast fiber wifi. Free parking is available on the street, good bus connections, close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as the center. We rent to those who want to rent as long as possible, preferably at least 3 months, shorter time possible at a higher rent. Deposit required. Note: Pet and smoke-free accommodation, so if you are a smoker, it does NOT work. Write and tell about your situation, how long you intend to rent and when you want to move in, if you work or study.
