Hello! Are you looking for a smaller, furnished accommodation in Borås for studies, work, or another temporary stay? We are renting out a freshly and tastefully renovated apartment of about 20 square meters, located in the basement of our villa in the quiet Hestra area. The apartment has its own entrance at the back of the house and consists of a room with a kitchenette as well as a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with household utensils. Electricity, heating, water, and wifi are included in the rent. For several years, we have primarily rented to remote students at the Police Academy and offer a special arrangement for recurring students renting during the semester. • Remote student, recurring accommodation Mon-Fri during the semester's on-campus study weeks: 1,700 SEK/week • Short-term accommodation: 500 SEK/night (other tenants) • For longer continuous stays, another price can be offered upon agreement • An extra fee applies for more than one tenant • Bed linen and towels are available for rent • Final cleaning can be purchased The accommodation is suitable for you who study remotely, work temporarily in Borås, or for some other reason need furnished accommodation for a limited period.
