We are renting out our beautiful Attefall house long-term, the house is in the best sun location on our villa plot in one of Tyresö's most popular villa areas. The house, which is rented out, is modern and fully furnished, has large sliding glass windows that provide direct access to a 40 m2 large terrace with lounge & café furniture with afternoon and evening sun. The villa area is located next to a nature reserve, close to a bathing beach and other outdoor activities only 25 km from Stockholm. By car, it takes about 20 minutes and by bus about 35-45 minutes depending on rush hour traffic. Buses go directly to the city or to Gullmarsplan. The distance to the bus stop is about 900 m. The basic rent is 8,500 SEK per month (paid in advance). The basic rent includes: A modern furnished house with full kitchen equipment, 40 m2 terrace with lounge furniture and café table, 250 m2 private lawn, private parking space, and garbage collection. Additionally; Wifi 500mbit, TV channels, water consumption & garbage collection. Additional cost for own electricity consumption (read once a month). Deposit one month's rent (or agreement via Blocket), suitable for one/max 2 people.
