Residential house on a farm with a stable is now available for rent. The house is 96 square meters, on two floors and with a lovely view over horse pastures, fields and forest. The ground floor consists of a hall, a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, and a bedroom/office. The upper floor has two large bedrooms, a hall with two small attics, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washer-dryer. The tenant maintains their own garden and lawn. The stable is run collectively, has 6 boxes of which 4 are currently available. We have a lit riding arena with jumping material, generous paddocks, and a nearby area that offers good riding paths.
