The apartment is furnished with a sleek design and has 2 fantastic balconies, the larger of which has a view over Mälaren. A sturdy fireplace with glass sides for cozy home evenings and comfortable warmth in winter. The nearest subway is Vårby Gård and Vårberg, which are about 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment (it takes 28 minutes to T-centralen). A car is recommended but you can manage without. Parking is available on the street outside and it takes no more than 5 minutes by car to Kungens Kurva, IKEA, or Skärholmen Centrum and 15-20 minutes into the city. The apartment is part of a larger property with several apartments. The area is well separated from Vårberg and Vårby Gård with forest in between and is a very quiet and peaceful residential area. It is located right next to Korpberget, which is a biotope protection area for outdoor life and biodiversity. No disturbing neighbors or traffic. There are beautiful walking paths, bathing piers, and beaches nearby. A 1-month deposit is paid at the signing of the contract, which is written immediately when a suitable tenant is found. The deposit is refunded upon moving out if the furniture and apartment are in the same condition as upon moving in.
