Hi, we have a furnished room in our villa which is in Hovslätt. It will be available from August 15th and can be rented for a long time, but also to weekly commuters. There are good bus connections to Jönköping center about 10 min and good cycle paths about 15min. There is a Coop store, ICA Nära, and two pizzerias and two hairdressers and a gym called Trim, in Hovslätt. Sometimes there may be an indoor cat in the house, so you cannot be allergic to cats or dogs. The room is about 13 square meters and has an attic wardrobe and is furnished with an office chair, desk, chest of drawers, a bed 105 x 200, ceiling lamp, and bedside lamp. If you want your own furniture, that's of course fine. You share the kitchen, in the freezer you get a drawer as your own, in the fridge, you get space but should write your name on your items, you can use our frying pan and pots, you share the toilet, shower, and washing machine with us. The rent includes electricity, heating, WiFi, and space for a bicycle. If you have a car, it can be parked on the street in front of the house. Of course, you also get to use the garden.
