Hello, we have a furnished room in our villa located in Hovslätt. It will be available on October 2nd. It can be rented for a long period of time, but also to weekly commuters. There are good bus connections to Jönköping center, approximately 10 minutes, and good bike paths, approximately 15 minutes. There is a Coop store, a nearby Ica, and two pizzerias, two hairdressers, and a gym called Trim, in Hovslätt. Sometimes there may be an indoor cat in the house, so you cannot be allergic to cats or dogs. The room is about 13 square meters and has an attic wardrobe, and it is furnished with an office chair, desk, chest of drawers, a bed 105 x 200, ceiling lamp, and table lamp. If you want to have your own furniture, that's of course fine. You share the kitchen, you are allotted a drawer in the freezer as your own and space in the fridge, but you should label your items with your name; you can use our frying pan and pots, and you share the toilet, shower, and washing machine with us. The rent includes electricity, heating, wifi, and a place for a bicycle. If you have a car, it can be parked on the street in front of the house. Of course, you are also welcome to use the garden.
