Located in a quiet area, about 2.6 km or a 10-minute bike ride to the university. A bicycle is available to borrow. A few hundred meters to the nearest lake with surrounding jogging trails and nature areas. There is a canoe and two life jackets available to borrow, for paddling around the very beautiful Södra Bergundasjön. (no extra cost) included. The apartment is clean and fresh with large areas, smoke and pet free. The two bedrooms at the far end of the layout share a private bathroom. The rooms located to the right and left of the bathroom are available. The apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor, not noisy! Good neighbors. 100m to the nearest bus stop and about 2.5km by bike to grocery stores. Electricity, water, and internet included, full access to the kitchen. (Food or hygiene items not included) Note! Only ROOMS not a whole apartment!! Tell us who you are and why you want to rent, you should be orderly and without payment defaults is a requirement.
