The dwelling is a four-room apartment in Södermalm. The building is from the turn of the century and has high ceilings. The apartment is in newly renovated condition. It is close to the subway, shops, and restaurants, but it is quiet in the apartment due to triple-glazed windows and the building is located on a one-way street. Rent includes electricity and water, fast internet connection, loan of crockery and cutlery, pots, dish soap, household and toilet paper. The room is furnished, and loans of blankets and pillows are included. Renting out a room as I live alone in a four-room apartment.
