The house on the peninsula is 35 square meters and fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. It is located close to nice swimming spots, including Smittska Udden and Stegerholmen's bath area. It is also close to transportation, which takes you to Frölunda Torg in 10 minutes and the city center in 25 minutes. From the house, there is a path up to Valeberget to an old customs house, where you have a panoramic view over the archipelago and all the way into the city center. I, as the landlord, am interested in renting out to someone who also enjoys taking care of their part of the garden where you are also allowed to cultivate.
