Hello For rent starting from 31.7. A renovated 48 square meter two-room apartment, which, in addition to the two rooms, includes a living room kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is located 4 km from the center in the quiet Pirttimäki area of Kuokkala. The apartment is in a two-story building with its own outdoor entrance, close to Kuokkala's amenities, bus routes, and beach path. The floor is gray laminate, the kitchen appliances have been updated, and there is a spacious bathroom with a place for a washing machine. Buses 4, 15, and 19 run from the nearby road, and 8, 18, and 20 from Kuokkala center (1 km away). It takes about 15 minutes to bike through the beach route to the center. The building has parking spaces as well as sauna shifts for rent, and there is also a laundry room. Parking space costs 16 euros/month and water fee is 30 euros/month. I'm looking for a tidy tenant, preferably for long-term rental; it is also suitable for two cohabiting tenants due to separate bedrooms. Rent is 650 euros/month and a one-month deposit is required. The tenant must make an electricity contract, pay the water fee, and get home insurance.
