Genarpsvägen, Dalby

We, the Kirkhorn family (Bente and Tomas and one of our sons) live in the Grosshandlarvillan from 1915 in Dalby, 15-20 minutes by bus from Lund. In half of the house, we have created a "corridor" with 5 rooms. We live in an extended family/collective-like residence with Christian elements - but it is not a requirement for you to be Christian. The rooms vary in shape and size, ranging from 14 to 21 sqm. Three of the rooms have their own shower and toilet, two of the rooms share. All residents share a kitchen and laundry room, and have access to a large living room and garden. We cultivate community in the house through communal dinners, coffee evenings, etc. The contract can be signed up to July 31, 2027, with an option for extension.
