Room for rent for a young (on-site) full-time worker, as a lodger in my house in Tallkrogen. Contract for 6 months at a time, which can be extended to a new 6-month contract. The room is in an extended two-story small house of about 125 sqm. The house was built in 1935 and is located near the subway and a grove of trees. All bedrooms, including your bedroom and a shared bathroom, are on the upper floor. Downstairs, on the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen with a dining room equipped with a refrigerator, pantry, microwave, induction hob, oven/convection oven, dishwasher, and more. There is a balcony by your room, facing the garden on the sunny side of the house. Access to a laundry room in the basement. There is also another shared WC with a shower there. It's cycling distance to the city for those who are energetic. What is included in the rent besides your room is space in the refrigerator and pantry, normal consumption of wifi/heat/electricity/water for one person, and your use of furniture in your room, kitchen, and dining room. We help each other with cleaning of shared rooms/areas and with snow shoveling. The living room is a private area.
