Child-friendly large plot with swing set etc., football field nearby, but all ages, including seniors, are potential tenants, write & tell a little about yourself if you're interested! On Vätö there is a grocery store, school & fantastic nature, walking trails, the cottage is close to both lake & sea! Rental options: -LONG TERM CONTRACT as a HOLIDAY HOME for 1-4 people for those who wish to escape from the city & spend WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS closer to nature in a lovely cottage environment. Multi-year possible for those who break the rent for 1 month or at least 3 weeks in July each summer when we ourselves vacation in the cottage, (and occasionally predetermined weekend in spring possibly). -A Discounted Price for those who are handy & can consider simpler maintenance of the property such as joint facade painting/oil soaping of the terrace. -ALTERNATIVE residence year-round/PART-TIME RESIDENCE/TIME SHARE for those who want the cottage as a SUMMER PLACE/WEEKENDS year-round & on vacation alternately in periods we agree upon together, 1-4 people. NOTE LOWER PRICE for this option. -Short-term rental 2-4 months, 1-3 people (not June-Aug). Specify which of the above options you are interested in. Double bed in the large bedroom, adult bed 90x200 in one of the children's rooms, bunk bed with 80x200 mattresses in the other. Electricity & stove, dishwasher, new stove & fan 2026, fridge freezer microwave, ceiling fan, washing machine. Fiber broadband 250/250 m wifi but can be adjusted to your needs. Smart-TV. Parking for 1-2 cars. Bus stop 2km, some walk or cycle there. The hot tub is in use spring to autumn & only for the long-term rental option & alternating residence. Rented to Calm, Smoke & pet-free person/small family with organized finances, Rental deposit/security deposit & customary reference check/credit check are done.
