The apartment is located in a quiet multi-family house in scenic Rörvik, which is surrounded by several lakes. Approximately 50 meters from the property, there is a bus stop with bus connections to several of the larger towns nearby. Sävsjö can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and Växjö and Värnamo in about 40 minutes. Vrigstad and Lammhult can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. Rörvik has a few companies and industries. Rörvik also has a school from preschool class up to grade 9 at the secondary level. In the locality, there is also a grocery store and a restaurant and café. A swimming area with a bathing jetty is within walking and cycling distance. The town also has a football club together with Stockaryd, and the club is played by many children and youth. The football field in Rörvik is located in the community. There is also a playground, a church, senior housing, and a special accommodation in the locality, to name a few examples. The rent includes heating, water, garbage collection, and a parking space outside the property. A garage space is available for rent if interested.
