I have a small room for rent in a 4-room apartment of 89 sqm in Sundbyberg/Järva city. The house was built in 2018. It is close to the Mall of Scandinavia, green areas, and has good communications. It is the children's room in the picture that is rented out, but it has been rearranged with a 120 cm bed, chest of drawers, and a TV bench if you have your own TV with you. The apartment has an open floor plan. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is clean and fresh, and I expect you to clean up after yourself so that we can both feel comfortable. I am renting out the room due to increased interest rates and fixed loans that have ended. Rent includes electricity, water, and internet; washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment. Please note that it is a room that is rented out.
