Renting out my one-bedroom apartment with a 5-minute walk to Nytorget and a 7-8 minute walk to the Skanstull metro. The apartment is fully furnished and has a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub, and walk-in closet. There will be some different furniture than in the pictures. The furniture available for rent includes: all hallway furnishings, continental bed 160cm, smaller wardrobe in the bedroom, gray two-seater sofa, coffee table, round white kitchen table with chairs. Some kitchen equipment will be available; we can discuss that further. Feel free to book a viewing, so we can get a sense of each other too. Central Södermalm with a balcony facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment very quiet. Can be somewhat flexible with move-in :)
