Anders Reimers väg, Stockholm

A spacious three-room apartment, with an excellent location if you want to live "in the country" almost in the middle of Stockholm. Reimersholme is a very leafy and quiet oasis while you are close to Hornstull. The west-facing balcony with a view over the Långholmen Canal is a fantastic place to relax after a day in the city, and when winter comes, you can choose to sit by the fireplace instead. In the summer, you can jump in and swim in the canal from the pontoon right outside the house. The apartment originally had four rooms, but it has been converted into three where the large living room and kitchen merge in an open and bright floor plan. I have marked the apartment as partially furnished, which includes bookshelves that fit really well, a cabinet, and a couple of dressers, all of which have a feel that I think fits with the apartment. They are of course entirely optional, and anything you don’t want will be removed by me. The current photo is from the balcony, taken in mid-July '-25. I have also included a floor plan. Some additional details: - The stove is a gas stove. - I have indicated that pets are allowed, but I limit it to small dogs, cats, and other small fur animals. No reptiles. - Resident parking is available along the entire Anders Reimers road.
