I have a room in a newly built apartment that I want to rent out. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities a modern home can offer and is situated in a dream location right in the center, close to everything you need and all transportation options are near the residence, making it a perfect commuter location. It takes approximately 5 minutes to walk to the travel center/train station. Buses to all places are right outside the door. If you want to take a walk, there is greenery and water around the area. There are two balconies in the apartment that you have access to, and it is quiet and nice to be in. The residence is best suited for you if you are a student or single person who wants to live in a nice and peaceful environment and in a new and nice home. Pets are not allowed due to allergies.
