Hello, I have moved in with my girlfriend and am therefore renting out my apartment in Telefonplan with the move-in as soon as possible. I am looking for a responsible person or a responsible couple who would prefer to sign a contract for 11 months. It is a 1.5-room apartment with a sleeping alcove of 32 sqm, located on the third floor, with a nice patio that belongs to the association. The apartment is on a quiet street, about a ten-minute walk from the subway. Telefonplan as an area is bustling with restaurants and cafes, there are several fitness centers and leafy walking paths nearby. Södermalm and the city are 10-15 minutes away by subway, Mälaren with several lovely swimming spots is 15 minutes away by bike. The apartment comes (preferably) with a double bed, sofa, coffee table, dining table, chairs, and a desk, but if you are only interested in an unfurnished option, we can talk about it. It is a bright and charming apartment with plenty of storage options, a large fridge and freezer, and a stove with four plates. Tiled bathroom with good shower pressure. Rent: 12,500kr, which includes electricity, internet, association fee, and furniture. A small association with good communication, easy to get laundry time.
