Room for a girl/woman for rent in Södertälje center, Storgatan, with sea view towards inner Maren (next to Dock Hotel) and Södertälje canal. NOTE! I only rent to FEMALE tenants. It is a furnished room of just over 15 sqm. The room has high ceilings, with white-painted walls and original wooden floors (herringbone parquet). The room is located at the far end of the apartment opposite the bathroom. The kitchen and my bedroom are at the far end on the other side. The entire apartment is a 4-room apartment (and unnecessarily large for me, especially since I am often at my partner's home). Just outside the house are all amenities, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, jogging trails, swimming pool, 5 gyms, and walking paths. The bus and commuter train station are almost around the corner, it takes a maximum of 5 minutes to walk. It is also within walking distance to Campus Telge, KTH Södertälje, AstraZeneca, and Scania. Included: Access to shared kitchen and bathroom, halls, and a separate toilet. There is a newly renovated laundry room downstairs in the house that you can use. The rent includes electricity and Wi-Fi. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine + dryer. You need to have your own home insurance for your belongings. The rent is paid no later than the last working day of the previous month and one month’s rent is left as a deposit upon signing the contract. I have a 1-month notice period and you have 2. I require that you are free from animals, smoke, and parties. As a person, you need to be calm and orderly, that you pick up and clean up after yourself. You must also be prepared to share the cleaning of the common areas and keep them clean and fresh. If you want to watch a movie or listen to music when someone else is home, I want you to use headphones so we don’t disturb each other.
