Hello! My room is available for rent at the beginning of October. I have had a total of 5 people who have stayed with me for longer periods. The apartment is a 3-room, 73 square meters where I have lived for the past 6 years. Besides the room, you will have access to the kitchen (including utensils, plates, etc.) and bathroom. Good closets and storage space are available in the room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. It is bright and spacious and outside the window, there is an inner courtyard/green area with a barbecue and playground. There are two laundry rooms in the same building with many available times. 4 washing machines and 2 dryers plus drying room, etc. Electricity, internet, heating, and water are included in the rent, the connection is 1 Gbit. Parking is available on the street outside. In Eriksberg, you are close to most things. By bike, it takes about 10 minutes to BMC, Engelska parken, Ekonomikum, and Ångströms. About 15 to the Central Station. The bus stop for buses 2, 12, and 30 is a 30-second walk away. Likewise Hemköp, Coop, Pizzeria/bar, Pharmacy, Dentist, and Kiosk.
