We offer a fully furnished room in our beautiful house, located in one of Angered's most attractive residential areas – Storås Ängar. The area is calm and cozy, just a 5-minute walk to Angered Centrum. Upper Floor: - Three fully furnished bedrooms (one available now) - Shared bathroom (toilet and shower) - Hallway Entrance Floor: - Hallway, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and drying cabinet - Glazed space overlooking the garden Outdoor: - A nice garden at the back where you can sunbathe, enjoy a cup of coffee, or grill in the summer - A front terrace, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine - Private parking space next to the house About us: The house is about 160 sqm and currently accommodates two tenants here, each with their own room and private key. The third room is available now (with its own key). We are calm, reliable people with full-time jobs, so we are mostly away during the days and come home in the afternoons.
