We rent out a nice 4-room apartment of about 83 sqm in the southern area of Kalmar. The apartment has sleeping places for up to 6 people. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and internet. The added service fee is if you as a tenant want to sign through the Blocket housing, otherwise there is no service fee. In the southern area, you get a quiet and pleasant area but close to both the city center, grocery stores, green areas, and the sea. The public transportation is good and the buses run continuously in the vicinity. Free parking along the street. We are looking for calm and well-behaved tenants/tenant. The apartment is on the 2nd/2 floors where the landlord couple lives on the 1st/2nd floor. Time for moving in and rental cost can be discussed for specific cases.
