The shower is located just outside the sauna and the toilet is separate. there are 2 new wardrobes in the hall, and shelves in the bedroom. The nature reserve is only 100 steps from the apartment , it is beautiful and safe, and is lit in the evenings, a perfect place great walks or for running. The electricity cost is not included but the hot water is included, however we have a very cheap electricity contract so it is very affordable. (with a separate electricity meter). This apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple without kids. Since we live on the top floor we are looking for reliable, and quiet tenants, with a stable economy, non-smoking and animal-free.
