The mini-house is fully equipped with a kitchen/stove/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cooker hood, fridge, freezer compartment (no dishwasher), kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The room is equipped with a large Samsung TV with Chromecast and a speaker amplifier. Own wifi for the fastest connection. You have a folding table that can be collapsed and expanded for larger or smaller space. An air source heat pump (cooling and heating) is installed for colder evenings or warm nights. Bathroom with combined washer and dryer, shower, toilet basin with plenty of storage. Pleasant underfloor heating both in bathroom and hallway. Storage: wardrobe in the hallway, 3 large drawers under the sofa bed, chest of drawers with several drawers/cabinets. Beautiful light strings that make the dark days even cozier. You only need to bring toiletries and private clothes, the rest is here😊 We rent out this cozy little house from around mid-August '26 to about June 10 '27 and prefer that you wish to rent for the entire period. There may be an opportunity to rent from fall and another 10 months onwards. Other information: The boat going to Utö is 200 meters from the accommodation if you want to take a day boat trip. 25 min by car into Stockholm City, public transport is also possible. 1 minute walk to the bus towards Västerhaninge where the commuter train goes into the city. Larger centers are in Haninge or Västerhaninge about 15 minutes by car. 4 golf courses are within a few km distance, where the beautiful Årsta Castle is situated by one of the courses. 2 tennis courts are within 2 minutes walking distance.
