Rent out a nice and well-maintained apartment in the pleasant Tomtebo area as I have completed my studies in Umeå. Here you are close to nature while you can reach the city and the university with good bus connections from the stop right outside the building. The apartment is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and good storage options. It has both a dishwasher and a washing machine with a built-in dryer. The apartment is partly furnished with a sofa bed and a smaller dining table with 2 chairs. The rent includes heating, water, and internet. I am looking for a responsible person who is pet- and smoke-free, and preferably alcohol-free.
