The house is located on a cul-de-sac in Old Viken. It's close to most amenities, especially the sea, about 300 meters away. 180 square meters in an expanded 1.5-story house. We are renting it out because we live and work abroad. Rent: 18,000 + 1,700 for waste and water which must be in our name. The tenant is responsible for the electricity agreement.
