I have a furnished room available in my 3-room apartment located in the peaceful and scenic area of Stigslund. The room is furnished with: Bed 160, Small dresser, Small elongated table, A wardrobe and overhead cabinets. You can move in immediately. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outdoors in the yard. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with us. You will have access to the laundry room. We help each other with cleaning in the common areas. You are close to Coop, Lidl, restaurants, and a kiosk; exercise trails; grill area; swimming; fishing; and a bus stop. You must not be allergic to fur animals. I have a dog. I do not take a deposit. I ask for a 1500Kr booking fee, which is not refundable in case of cancellation or anything similar. Only serious inquiries. You who rent the room should have a stable income.
