A room for rent in a 5-room apartment in Södermalm, Stockholm. The apartment is a five-room apartment of 130 sqm and consists of four bedrooms and a large studio with a balcony and panoramic windows facing Vitabergsparken and Sofia Church. In the studio, I practice Taiji and meditate, and it can also be used for similar activities when it's available. I have rented out two rooms to lodgers since 2008, mostly to students, and one room will be available from January 1, 2027. We will be three people sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and an additional WC. The monthly rent is 6,000, which includes electricity, heating, water, and internet. Wardrobes, furniture, mattresses, and bed linens are available.
