A lovely room at the bottom floor in a 5 room apartment is rented out to a female tennant. You have your own bathroom with shower and washing machine. The washing machine is also used by the landlord. You share kitchen with the landlord. You have your own fridge and cupboard in the kitchen. You also have a key to your room. The flat is in a cohousing house with 22 flats different sizes. There is plenty of common areas that you can use. There is a large garden with furniture, a barbeque and fruit trees. Indoors there is also a large common living room, TV-room and kitchen for people in the house to share. There is a guest room in the house that you can book. In the house lives families and a few students. You will share the flat with a Mum and her daughters - a 15 and a 16-year old. We are Swedish - Australian and we also know some Spanish. We love music, walks in the nature, cooking etc. Sometimes our neighbours cat comes into the flat and sometimes we also babysit family-friendly dogs. We only rent out to female tennant. It's mandatory to take part in garden-days once a month (if you are not able to take part you need to do a task afterwards) and also clean common areas about once a month (takes about one hour). The rent is including electricity, water and wifi. There are good communications with buses and a local train 10 min walk. Local shop 5 min walk. You reach the centre of Lund and the main train station in 15 min by bike. The house is next to a large green area with nature walks by a small river.
