One month's deposit and one month's advance rent. Electricity, water, heating included. Wifi is also included. Note: The apartment will be listed for sale at a fixed price. This means there won't be many viewings and no bidding. If there is a viewing, the tenant will need to clean and leave it nice and tidy after themselves. Also, it should be allowed to go to your room. Since you leave it nice and tidy after yourself, I offer a month’s free rent. This means you will live one month for free if I sell the apartment during the period you are living with me. But it also means the rental contract is terminated. Interested?
