COMMUTERS wanted, to a cottage just outside Växjö Read the entire ad!!!! We are renting out our little simple guest cottage In the cozy little Furuby, 15 km from Växjö, highway 25 towards Kalmar. Here you find peace and quiet. Småland idyll with forest, meadow, and walking distance to a lake with a nice bathing area. Relax with nice walks on the trail with mushroom and berry picking Nearby lake for swimming & fishing. Nearby travel destinations can be, for example, Little Rock Lake Zipline, Kosta, Grönåsen Elk 8 Farm Animal Park, Nykulla viewing tower, Singoalla’s cave Activities such as Knock'emdown with shuffleboard, billiards, VR, bowling. Sfbio, Småland game hall, Leo’s play land, Grandsamarkand shopping center, etc., in Växjö. Boda borg in Sävsjö If you want to take a day trip a little further away, you can reach Astrid Lindgren’s world, High Chaparral, or Öland within a couple of hours. Slightly longer for a day trip with shopping is Ullared 10-minute walk to the beach, a stone's throw to illuminated trails. Close to the Glass Kingdom for day excursions. If you want to go to Växjö without a car, it is a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop. There are good buses and on weekends also night buses. The cottage is newly renovated and nice. Non-smoker Dog is okay if it is of a smaller breed and of course housebroken. There is a 120 bed and a sofa bed Microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and lightly equipped with small pots and some cutlery, glasses, cups, plates. Small refrigerator TV and Chromecast The cottage is small and with a small kitchenette Own parking on-site We are only looking for commuters as there is no washing machine Monthly rent 4500 SEK including electricity/water and internet *deposit of 3000 SEK is payable upon move-in. It is refunded when the rental period ends if no damage has occurred to the cabin or furniture.
