Hej! We are renting out our beautiful apartment in Hässelby. Here's some quick points: - Everything (except parking) is included in the rent. Parking + EV charging can be added if needed. - The apartment is unfurnished. - Pets are welcome! - We must apply for the rental permission only after selecting tenants, so we can't guarantee a duration, but we would hope at least 1 year. The apartment is newly renovated with large windows that look out onto a cozy forest, where you can spot deer passing by daily. Inside, you'll find light herringbone flooring, warm light brown walls, and modern black accents throughout—ideal for decorating in an organic-modern style. ## Walkthrough The front hallway offers space for coats and shoes, along with three large closets for convenient storage. Straight ahead is the sleek, modern bathroom featuring a washer, dryer, shower with both standard and rain shower heads, and a stylish vessel sink. To the right is the spacious main room, highlighted by a full wall of windows. There’s room for a full-size dining table, a sofa, and a flexible area that can serve as a home office, play area, or extra sleeping space. Connected to the main room is a well-equipped kitchen alcove, with generous storage, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. Though the apartment is unfurnished, it includes large electric blackout roller blinds in the bedroom, ensuring restful sleep from the very first night! ## Area and Amenities Just outside the apartment is a private storage room—far larger than typical units—measuring about 10 sqm and securely locked, offering easy access to your belongings. Surrounding the apartment is a small private grassy area, great for playing with kids or pets. It connects directly to Hässelby’s forest area and Johannelund, making it ideal for dog walks. Grimsta Nature Reserve and its lakeside bathing spots are just a 20-minute walk away. Conveniently located, the apartment is a 5-minute walk to ICA, 4 minutes to the bus to Vällingby, and 10 minutes to Hässelby Centrum and the metro. Nearby amenities include a large ICA, pharmacy, health center, and several shops and restaurants. From Hässelby Gård, it’s just 30 minutes to T-Centralen, with trains running every 10 minutes—or even more frequently during rush hour. We are renting out the apartment because we've already moved, but it's currently not the right time to sell.
