Molnstigen, Sollentuna

A very nice apartment in excellent condition, which I rent out while I'm working in Norway. A large living room with an open floor plan and a nice kitchen. Two nice bedrooms and a bathroom , where it's possible to have your own washing machine, if you don't want to use the main washing facility in the house next door. The apartment is on the second floor with a nice balcony and since there is no building opposite, it's very private, so there really is no need for curtains. The apartment suits a family of four, or less. The pictures show how it looked before I rented it out to the current tenants. They wanted to bring most of their own furniture, so some of this furniture is stored, but I can put most of it back, if you want. The apartment is bright and has beautiful green views. There is a small lake 100 meters away and at the other end of the lake, there is a ski center during the winter. I'm only renting out to non-smokers and pets are not allowed. Very nice common grounds with playground, places to sit and eat and possibility to barbeque. There is a bus stop closeby, bus 527 takes you to Sollentuna trainstation, or you can bike to the trainstation in 15 minutes. From there you can take train number 41, which only takes 18 minutes to the city centre. There is also a possibility to rent a carspace in the same building. There are several schools and childrens day care centres around. Svenska: Ljus lägenhet med stort vardagsrum med öppen planlösning och balkong. Inga hus mittemot, så helt utan insyn. Utsikt över grönska. Perfekt läge om man gillar att vara ute i naturen, då det är nära till två naturreservat. En mindre sjö, Väsjön, och skidbacken ser man från balkongen.
