I have a room available from now until the 15:th of August. My apartment is located in the area Johanneberg in Gothenburg and it´s very close to Chalmers. I live in an apartment and I rent out 1 nice room and it´s about 7 square meters. We share bathroom and kitchen. Laundry in the basement. I live in a very calm and quiet area with nice neighbours. There are 3 different bus lines which pass quite close to the apartment and it´s just about 200 meters to the closest bus stop. The rent is 4000 SKR/month and everything is included. Bed clothes, towels, wifi, electricity. No extra costs. In first hand I want a person who will not be registered at my place. Maybe ERASMUS-student or similar.
