It is located walking distance from Åkermyntan centrum (100 m) where you can find pharmacy, ICA, Lidl, hairdresser for man and woman, bar, restaurants (pizzeria, sushi etc.), vårdcentralen, plantagen, gas station. The house (composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms divided on 2 floors, one front garden and back yard, 2 storage rooms). The house is shared with a couple who live on the second floor.
