We furnished and designed with taste this unique 3 rooms apartment with 2 balcony and a view at the courtyard of the building, freshly built in 2019. 2 bedrooms, one big with double bed 180cm wide and the other bedroom with single bed ( but there is another one in case of need that fits there). Right next to Ramberget hill and Lundbybadet swimming pool. Hemköp supermarket and Nordic Wellness Gym are just 50 meters far. Tram is 50 meters away with three lines, 9 minutes to central Gothenburg. Electricity, heating, water, internet included in the rent. In addition, there are possibilities to rent a commune room called Orangeriet for celebrations etc for 150 sek allowing30people ( you can see images of the room in the latest slides) There is as well another type of room where you can book it for a night stays(4 single beds), for friends thats visit for few days a month for example.
