ENGLISH: A nice apartment at Norrböle in Skellefteå. It is located about a ten minute walk from the city centre. It is also only a few minute walk to the nearest grocery store and bus stop. The apartment is fully furnished and the rent includes everything (eg heat, electricity and water). The only thing you need to fix is your own home insurance! The reason I am renting out the apartment is that I will be studying elsewhere this spring.
