(scroll down to the bottom of the page for the English version) Hej! Due to personal reasons, I am renting out my newly built luxury apartment in the heart of Lund. The preliminary rental period runs from the beginning of February to the start of August, but this is open to discussion. The apartment is 36 Kvm, fully furnished, with open spaces, plenty of storage, and a large balcony. Furthermore, the apartment is of the absolute highest standard, from the basic facilities to the decoration. I myself moved in on 23 August 2023. Wi-Fi and a TV box are included. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. Best wishes, Benjamin Bratz
