Hello, My name is Anders, and I am an artist and furniture designer. I live in a 100 m² apartment in an older property near Valand in central Gothenburg. I am renting out a furnished room of 15 m². You will have access to the kitchen, toilet/shower, living room and dining room. There is a well-functioning laundry room in the basement, and the 500 Mbit/s internet is included in the rent. It is almost always very quiet in the house, which can be good if you are a student. At the moment, I have two students who each rent their own room; Ilse, who comes from the Netherlands and studies architecture and Merlind, who comes from Germany and studies global health at the University of Gothenburg. Merlind is moving out at the end of June, and then I need a new tenant. If this sounds interesting to you, please get in touch and tell me a little about yourself.
