// A bright and pleasant room for rent in my spacious third floor apartment at Stora Södergatan 2, right in the center of Lund. The room is private for the tenant, while the living room, kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet are shared. The apartment is very centrally located with proximity to public transport, shops and everything that the city center offers. Perfect for a student or working person looking for a quiet, comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Due to children in the home every week, I am looking for someone who is used to children and thrives in a family-friendly environment. The apartment is smoke- and pet-free due to allergies. If interested, please send a short presentation of yourself, with information about who you are, what you do and your interests.
