Furusundsgatan, Stockholm

Bright corner room with balcony + bedroom + storage room and wardrobes + toilet + shared kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. To rent for one person (not family or couple) from April 1st and preferably for a longer time. I rent out two rooms in my four room apartment. My current tenant - an English conductor of classic music - has stayed with me for almost three years but has now so many assignments abroad that he is resigning. He had furnished the rooms very nicely but he was already moving out when the pictures were taken, so they don´t really give the right impression. He is selling some of the furniture and I can put you in touch with him. The property is located within the world´s first Royal City Park, 27 square kilometers, with great possibilities for sports and recreation. See website: nationalstadsparken dot se.
