-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi, I would like to rent out my 56 sqm apartment located in the heart of Barkarbystaden. The apartment offers high comfort, plenty of storage space, and a large balcony facing the courtyard. It has been recently renovated (new flooring, newly painted, etc.) and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. I am looking for 1–2 responsible tenants with stable finances who wish to live here for a longer period. Electricity (up to 500kr), water, and heating are included in the rent. The tenant needs to obtain their own home insurance.
