We are looking for a nice couple to take care of our flat for at least 6 months. Pets are not allowed and you must be non-smokers and have good and documented economies. It's important for us to find the right tenants and therefore ask you to provide at least following information: - A description of who you are and why you want to rent - How many persons you are that wishes to live in the flat - Your salaries (if we proceed, you need to provide documents that validates your salaries) - For how long you would like to rent - Link to social media (Facebook/LinkedIn/other..) More about the apartment and the surroundings: - Electricity is included in the rent - Internet (250Mb) is included in the rent - Heat, water and cable TV is also included in the rent - 2 months deposition required - Big rooms and big kitchen - Fresh with white walls - Partly furnished* - Bicycle garage exists - Car garage nearby - Bus connections are excellent * Some of the furnitures that will stay: wardrobes in the bedrooms and in the hall, one king size bed (180x200), ceiling lamps, dining table + chairs. ———————————————- Vi söker hyra ut vår lägenhet till ett par som är skötsamma, med god dokumenterad ekonomi, rökfria och utan husdjur. Söker någon som vill hyra i minst 6 månader. Vi vill gärna hitta rätt personer och ber er därför inkomma med bl a följande information: - En utförlig beskrivning på vilka ni är och varför ni önskar hyra - Hur många ni är som ska bo i lägenheten - Era löner (om vi går vidare kommer ni behöva styrka era löner) - Hur länge ni vill hyra - Länk till era sociala medier (Facebook/LinkedIn/Annat..) Mer info om och kring bostaden: - Elförbrukning ingår i hyran - Bredband (250Mb) ingår i hyran - I hyran ingår även Värme, vatten och Kabel-TV - Deposition för 2 månader kommer att tas - Stora rum och stort kök - Väldigt fräsch med vita väggar - Delvis möblerad* - Innergård med grillplats och lekplats för barn finns - Cykelgarage finns - Bilgarage i närheten - Bussförbindelserna är utmärkta * Bl a följande möbler finns: garderober i sovrummen och i hallen, 1st säng (180x200), taklampor, matbord + stolar.
