Cozy, spacious apartment The three-room apartment is rented professionally styled and furnished with a hotel quality double -and single bed, sofa, sofa table, kitchen table and chairs, TV, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location: Högdalen, the area where the apartment is located, is a quiet, family, suburb of Stockholm, not far from the central Stockholm (only 19 minutes with the subway to the central station). Högdalen subway station is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and is on the subway green line, which is the line with the shortest time between the trains in Stockholm. Flatenbadet, which in one of the most popular places to bathe in the Summer in Stockholm, is very close to the apartment. Flatenbadet in a lake, with a large sand beach, beach volleyball courts and beautiful walkways through untouched forest around. Högdalens shopping center, with 80 some stores, restaurants, and boutiques, is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Its free parking on the streets in the area, which is quite unique for Stockholm. Internet, electricity, and everything else is included in the rent. The deposition is one months rent and the notice period is two full months. The apartment is rented out long term strictly to international professionals, preferably working in IT industry or doing PHD research. The apartment is NOT being rented out to families with children.
