Inflytt från 1a Juli Nice furnished room close to Sundbyberg centrum with private entrance and bathroom I’m now renting out a furnished room in a big three room apartment with its own bathroom and entrance and access to kitchen and shower. The building has a laundry room. A female tenant would be preferred, student/stable income is a plus. The rent is 6500 kr/month, electricity and WiFi is included. Around a 10 min walk from Sundbyberg centrum (buss, metro, pendeltåg and tvärbana). There you can find grocery stores, gyms, library, restaurants and pubs etc. A kind middle sized senior dog also lives in the apartment. Move in from 1st of July.
